Job Description
We are seeking an experienced administrative professional to join our team as an Executive Administrative Assistant. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO and the board team, including preparing reports, presentations, and key documents. They will also conduct research, analyze data, and assist in decision-making processes. Additionally, they will assist in managing strategic projects and initiatives, act as a liaison between top management and internal/external stakeholders, coordinate communication within the CEO's office and across departments, participate in strategic projects alongside the CEO, and support the CEO in ad hoc tasks and special assignments.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred)
- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a similar administrative or support role, preferably in a fast-paced or executive-level environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with senior leadership
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to take on new challenges
- High proficiency in English
