Active since 2018, Zorlu Energy Solutions aims to help electric vehicle users and speed up the electric vehicle revolution in Turkey with its intracity and intercity stations. Beside the fast-charging services offered at open public spaces, upon demand, station installation is also available for users' homes and offices. ZES is new, clean and fast energy of the roads, with more than 4.000 fast charging stations all over Turkey. Powered by 100% renewable energy.
Job Title: CEO Office Assistant

Job Type: Full-Time
Your main responsibilities will include, but aren't limited to:
- Prepare reports, presentations, analyses, and documents as guided by the CEO Office Director.
- Provide regular updates for the ongoing tasks to the CEO & CEO Office Director.
- Provide a full range of high-level confidential executive administration services to the CEO.
- Diary management and the coordination of internal & external meetings, calendar/availability of all participants.
- Provide administrative and coordination support for internal & external meetings including developing meeting agendas, writing minutes, and distributing key documents to meeting attendees.
- Confidentially manage telephone calls, information, responses, and recommendations to the CEO & CEO Office Director and board.
- Develop effective and professional presentations for meetings.
- Assist in the preparation of board meetings.
- Gather, analyze, and organize company data to ensure easy access to relevant information for the CEO & CEO Office Director.
- Develop reporting tools to improve processes.
- Assist in tracking progress on projects overseen by the CEO & CEO Office Director, ensuring smooth processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (preferably in business, management, or a related field).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, providing executive support or in office management (preferably with consulting experience).
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills in both English and Turkish.
- Experience with a global working environment and the ability to work effectively across diverse cultures and time zones.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Highly responsible, communicative, and responsive with a proactive mindset.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate discretion.
- Should be presentable and capable of representing the company in a professional manner.
