The Assistant Office Manager / Office Manager is part of the team at Enterprise Singapore's (EnterpriseSG) Istanbul Overseas Centre. The Assistant Office Manager / Office Manager will work with the Regional Directors to support the Centre's administration, accounts, and logistics work.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage the administrative and accounting functions of the Istanbul Overseas Centre (including procurement, payments, office maintenance, contract management, financial reporting, etc).
  • Liaise closely with relevant departments in Singapore HQ and stay updated on corporate policies, especially those relating to admin, finance, and audit.
  • Coordinate with external agencies and vendors, managing procurement, delivery of goods/services, as well as payment.
  • Provide operational and logistical support for events and activities for the Istanbul Overseas Centre.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • High English language proficiency (English working environment).
  • Experience with administrative and accounting functions.
  • 2 to 8 years of relevant experience.
  • Able to follow SOPs.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Experience with SAP is a bonus.
  • Experience working with consulates and foreign trade agencies is a bonus.
