We are looking for a Business Support Officer to join our team at TBI Bank. As a Business Support Officer, you will provide administrative support to the business operations team, manage vendor relationships, and maintain accurate records.
Main Responsibilities:
- Business Support: Provide administrative support to the business operations team, including data entry, filing, and email management.
- Vendor Management: Manage vendor relationships, including communication, contract management, and payment processing.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including employee information, contracts, and vendor details.
Requirements:
- University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Public Administration, or related fields.
- At least 1 year of experience in administrative affairs, human resources, or financial process management.
- Fluency in English with strong communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (especially Excel) and strong analytical skills.
- Attention to detail with excellent organizational abilities.
