We are seeking an experienced Office Operations Coordinator to join our Istanbul team at S&P Global, Inc.

About the Job:

This role will oversee the day-to-day operations of our office, providing administrative support, and coordinating with global teams to ensure alignment with company standards.

  • Manage office supplies, facilities, and vendor relationships to maintain a productive work environment.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for office-related matters, resolving issues efficiently.
  • Collaborate with HR to ensure effective recruiting, onboarding, and employee management practices.
  • Maintain regulatory compliance, ensuring adherence to local employment laws and health and safety standards.
  • Coordinate with global teams to standardize policies, procedures, and workflows.
  • Assist with financial management to optimize office operations.
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and team activities to foster a collaborative work environment.
  • Support Business Portfolio Managers in implementing sales processes, ensuring compliance.
Key Qualifications:
  • Turkish and English language fluency, with optional Russian proficiency.
  • Citizenship or work permit exemption in Turkey required.
  • Experience in office management or related roles, preferably in the energy sector.
  • Microsoft Office Suite proficiency and relevant software knowledge.
  • Exceptional organizational, time management, and communication skills.
  • Prior HR support experience, especially in recruiting and onboarding.
