At HR Partners İnsan Kaynakları & Danışmanlık, we are seeking an experienced IT Governance Office Manager to join our team. Our company provides effective solutions to its business partners through its experienced team in the human resources functions and consultancy sector.
We are hiring an IT Governance Office Manager for our business partner, a leading holding company to which we provide consultancy services.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in IT governance, financial planning, risk management, or portfolio management; 5+ years of leadership experience managing IT governance functions.
- A good command of English in both written and verbal communication.
- Strong knowledge of IT governance frameworks (COBIT, ITIL, ISO 27001).
- Expertise in project portfolio management (PPM), Agile methodologies, and demand management.
- Experience in IT financial planning, cost optimization, and procurement processes.
- An understanding of cybersecurity, risk management, and compliance standards.
- IT service performance improvements, ensuring high stakeholder satisfaction.
- Strength of supplier management, meeting SLAs and contract expectations.
Job Description
- Ensure compliance with IT policies, risk management, and business continuity standards.
- Capture and analyze IT demands from business stakeholders.
- Monitor and improve stakeholder satisfaction with IT services.
- Manage IT demand and supply planning, working closely with business units.
- Establish and govern project demand, portfolio management, and execution models.
- Monitor strategic and operational supplier management processes.
- Coordinate IT contract negotiations, procurement processes, and vendor evaluations.
- Maintain compliance with service-level agreements (SLAs) and financial commitments.
- Define and govern IT performance frameworks, ensuring key metrics are met.
- Oversee project and portfolio performance reporting to the Head of IT.
- Develop and enforce IT risk management practices.
- Work closely with Information Security teams to enhance security policies.
