Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing effective resourcing plans, developing and dispatching service orders, and serving as the primary point of contact for exception and escalation of service orders.

Responsibilities:
  • Create and implement effective resourcing plans to ensure optimized resource allocation across service engineers and service parts.
  • Develop and dispatch service orders for service engineers, ensuring timely execution and accurate communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for exception and escalation of service orders, utilizing strong analytical and communication skills to resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Analyze and forecast service execution for workforce utilization, making data-driven decisions to optimize resource allocation and improve overall service quality.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in Supply Chain Management or Customer Services, with a focus on operations management and team leadership.
  • University Degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Operations Management, or Supply Chain Management.
  • Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office Software (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), with experience using case management systems and related tools.
