About the RoleAs an Office Coordinator, you will play a critical role in maintaining the smooth operation of our office, ensuring that all procedures run efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities- Greet and assist visitors to our office, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
- Handle incoming calls and other communications, responding promptly and professionally.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for building management, resolving issues and communicating effectively.
- Contribute to maintaining common office areas, ensuring they are clean, organized, and comfortable.
- Manage incoming and outgoing documents and cargo, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Oversee the receipt of orders and verify delivery documentation, guaranteeing seamless logistics.
- Support the organization of internal and external meetings, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- At least 2 years of experience as an administrative assistant or in a related field.
- Excellent English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Advanced computer skills, including knowledge of MS Office programs.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Appreciation and understanding of teamwork, with a willingness to collaborate and support colleagues.
