As an Office Coordinator, you will play a critical role in maintaining the smooth operation of our office, ensuring that all procedures run efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Greet and assist visitors to our office, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
  2. Handle incoming calls and other communications, responding promptly and professionally.
  3. Serve as the primary point of contact for building management, resolving issues and communicating effectively.
  4. Contribute to maintaining common office areas, ensuring they are clean, organized, and comfortable.
  5. Manage incoming and outgoing documents and cargo, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  6. Oversee the receipt of orders and verify delivery documentation, guaranteeing seamless logistics.
  7. Support the organization of internal and external meetings, fostering a collaborative work environment.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience as an administrative assistant or in a related field.
  • Excellent English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Advanced computer skills, including knowledge of MS Office programs.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Appreciation and understanding of teamwork, with a willingness to collaborate and support colleagues.
