Job Details:

Nexans USA Inc is seeking a Personal Assistant Manager to provide administrative support to our executives.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating schedules, managing calendars, and handling travel arrangements.

Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional administrative support to executives, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and efficient management of their schedules

Coordinate and manage executive schedules, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and conferences

Prioritize and organize calendars to optimize time management

Ensure executives are well-prepared for all appointments with necessary materials and information

Assist with travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation, and preparing itineraries

Handle visa applications and other travel-related documents for the General Manager

Manage and screen phone calls, emails, and other correspondence, responding to routine inquiries and prioritizing messages for the executive's attention
