Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the Head of TMEA with daily administrative duties. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in managing senior leaders' calendars and travel arrangements.
Responsibilities
• Manage the Head of TMEA's calendar, coordinate travel arrangements, and prepare expense reports.
• Coordinate logistics for high-level meetings, ensuring all materials and schedules are in place.
• Consolidate reports and proposals from various internal functions, preparing oral and written communications as needed.
• Provide onsite administrative support during executive meetings and events, ensuring smooth operations.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office and virtual collaboration tools.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical, detail-oriented with the ability to manage complex tasks.
• Quick learner with a sharp, results-oriented approach.
• Experienced in managing senior leaders' calendars, travel arrangements, meetings, and events, with fluency in written and spoken business English.
