We are seeking an accomplished Executive & Personal Assistant to join our team and provide high-level support to our esteemed executive. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless daily operations, facilitating effective communication, and driving business success.
Key Responsibilities:- Calendar Management: Oversee complex calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting arrangements to guarantee efficient workflow and productivity.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and effective communication.
- Confidentiality: Manage highly confidential information with absolute discretion, upholding the trust and integrity of the executive and the organization.
- Task Coordination: Coordinate business and personal tasks to ensure seamless daily operations and facilitate effective collaboration.
- Problem-Solving: Anticipate needs and proactively address challenges before they arise, demonstrating a proactive and resourceful mindset.
- Support: Assist in strategic projects and high-priority initiatives, contributing to the growth and success of the organization.
- Flexibility: Provide flexible support beyond standard working hours when required, showcasing adaptability and commitment.
- Fluency in English: Demonstrate fluency in English with strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience: Possess a minimum 10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant at a senior level.
- Technical Skills: Exhibit proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity tools.
- Multitasking: Display exceptional multitasking and time management skills, prioritizing effectively and meeting deadlines.
- Adaptability: Showcase ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
- Problem-Solving: Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, resourceful mindset.
