We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support our CEO in managing the day-to-day operations of the office.
The ideal candidate will have a strong administrative background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
This role requires a high level of discretion, confidentiality, and organizational skills.
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing reports, presentations, and analyses as guided by the CEO Office Director.
They will also provide regular updates on ongoing tasks and projects, and ensure the smooth running of internal and external meetings.
The Executive Assistant will be the first point of contact for visitors, phone calls, and correspondence, and will manage the CEO's diary and calendar.
In addition to administrative duties, the successful candidate will assist in developing effective and professional presentations for meetings, and help track progress on projects overseen by the CEO and CEO Office Director.

Responsibilities:
- Preparing reports, presentations, and analyses as guided by the CEO Office Director.
- Providing regular updates on ongoing tasks and projects.
- Managing the CEO's diary and calendar.
- Coordinating internal and external meetings.
- Developing effective and professional presentations for meetings.
- Tracking progress on projects overseen by the CEO and CEO Office Director.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (preferably in business, management, or a related field).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, providing executive support or in office management.
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills in both English and Turkish.
- Experience with a global working environment and the ability to work effectively across diverse cultures and time zones.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
