Your Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact between executives and internal or external colleagues.
- Manage complex calendars, prioritize commitments to optimize time, and ensure maximum productivity.
- Plan, organize, and execute major projects, including large meeting organization and producing well-structured deliverables.
- Provide administrative support functions, such as document organization and meeting preparation.
- Handle tasks related to accounting and expense administration.
We are seeking a highly skilled professional with:
- A minimum of 4 years of work experience as an Office Assistant in a dynamic global work environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English.
- Strong stakeholder management, impactful communication, and collaboration skills.
- The ability to contribute positively and proactively to new and changing situations.
- Well-developed organizational skills and attention to detail.
