Job Description

Your Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact between executives and internal or external colleagues.
  • Manage complex calendars, prioritize commitments to optimize time, and ensure maximum productivity.
  • Plan, organize, and execute major projects, including large meeting organization and producing well-structured deliverables.
  • Provide administrative support functions, such as document organization and meeting preparation.
  • Handle tasks related to accounting and expense administration.
Your Profile

We are seeking a highly skilled professional with:

  • A minimum of 4 years of work experience as an Office Assistant in a dynamic global work environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English.
  • Strong stakeholder management, impactful communication, and collaboration skills.
  • The ability to contribute positively and proactively to new and changing situations.
  • Well-developed organizational skills and attention to detail.
