Administrative Support Specialist

Astellas Pharma seeks a highly skilled Executive Assistant to support the Head of TMEA with daily administrative tasks. This role involves managing calendars, coordinating logistics, and ensuring seamless communication within the organization.

Key Responsibilities
• Assist the Head of TMEA with daily administrative tasks, including managing calendars and preparing expense reports.
• Coordinate logistics for high-level meetings, both internally and externally, ensuring all materials and schedules are in place.
• Consolidate reports and proposals from various internal functions, preparing oral and written communications as needed.
• Provide onsite administrative support during executive meetings and events, ensuring smooth operations.
Requirements
• Strong proficiency in MS Office and virtual collaboration tools.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical, detail-oriented with the ability to manage complex tasks.
• Quick learner with a sharp, results-oriented approach.
• Experienced in managing senior leaders' calendars, travel arrangements, meetings, and events, with fluency in written and spoken business English.
