This challenging and rewarding role at Danfoss GmbH presents an exciting opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in claim administration. As a Claims Administration Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting customers in resolving claims related to fluid conveying.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Defect Claim Management: Receive and manage customer claims, utilizing CRM and ERP systems to ensure accurate and efficient resolution.
  • Claim Investigation: Investigate and analyze claims data to identify root causes and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Communication: Develop and communicate claim responses to customers, ensuring clear understanding of the decision made.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including Business Unit and Quality teams, to ensure effective claim resolution.

To succeed in this role, you should possess a strong educational background, excellent communication skills, and prior experience in Quality or Customer Service. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel, is also essential, along with experience in SAP and SalesForce.
