Main Responsibilities:
  • Claim Handling: Manage customer claims from initial receipt to closure, ensuring accurate and timely resolution.
  • Communication: Develop and communicate claim responses to customers, ensuring clear understanding of the decision made.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including Business Unit and Quality teams, to ensure effective claim resolution.

To succeed in this role, you should possess a strong educational background, excellent communication skills, and prior experience in Quality or Customer Service. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel, is also essential, along with experience in SAP and SalesForce.
