About the Team:
We are expanding our Customer Service team across Istanbul and looking for a Customer Technical Support Specialist (Customer Competency Center) to join us in Istanbul with Division Aftermarket.
What you can look forward to as Customer Technical Support Specialist:
- Manage all incoming customer technical requests, claims, and questions, ensuring comprehensive information about our products and services.
- Collaborate with sales units and technical departments to effectively resolve customer requests, claims, and questions.
- Provide clear communication to explain technical information and guide customers.
- Collect feedback related to the company's products and services and report regularly.
- Maintain an ongoing awareness in relevant technical areas and consistently enhance knowledge and skills regarding new products and services.
Your profile as Customer Technical Support Specialist:
- Engineering background, preferably with knowledge in hydraulic, mechanical, or electronic systems in the automotive industry.
- 4 years of experience in technical customer service and customer relationship management.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and solution-oriented skills.
- Willingness to learn and continuously improve, with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
- Proficient in MS Office programs and very good command of English.
