We are looking for a talented professional to join our team at Dream Games as a Customer Support Specialist. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and has excellent communication skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for tracking and solving customer issues via email and chat, working closely with product and engineering teams to improve user experience, monitoring customer complaint trends, analyzing them for necessary action plans, and understanding all related metrics to improve the user experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing timely and effective support to customers via email and chat
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Analyzing customer feedback and complaints to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Developing and maintaining knowledge of game-related products and services
Requirements:
  • Fluency in English, especially in writing
  • Experience supporting users via e-mail and chat
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Time management skills to enable prioritization of tasks
  • Ownership of the customer experience including comprehensive issue resolution
  • Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges
