Fluid Conveying Claims Processor

As a key member of our Danfoss Power Solutions team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to customers in resolving claims related to fluid conveying. This role involves being the primary point of contact for customers, working closely with internal stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Claim Creation: Receive and process customer claims, utilizing CRM and ERP systems to ensure accurate and timely resolution.
- Claim Response: Develop and communicate claim responses to customers via email or portal, ensuring clear understanding of the decision made.
- Claim Disposition: Gather, interpret, and present claim data to Business Unit and Quality teams for investigation purposes.
- Streamlined Claim Processing: Investigate and process less complex claims, ensuring seamless resolution and minimal disruption to business operations.
To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree, basic understanding of core quality tools, and prior experience in Quality or Customer Service. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook is also essential, along with experience in SAP and SalesForce. ASQ Certification as Certified Quality Technician is highly desirable.
