This full-time position involves providing administrative support to our Owners and managers, ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

Key Tasks:
  • Manage daily schedules, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of executives
  • Assist in organizing company meetings and events
  • Perform general administrative tasks, including email management and phone support
  • Process financial transactions, including invoices, payments, and expense reports
  • Assist with employee benefits administration and account management
  • Collaborate with external accountants for audits and tax preparation
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of cash flow and expenditure
Requirements:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in executive assistance or accounting roles
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
