Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Management Engineering or Business Administration
  • At least 5 years of project management experience, CEO Office experience is a plus
  • Advanced level of English written and spoken
  • Experience in insurance sector is a plus
  • Knowledge about Project Management methodologies (e.g., PMI, Agile) and proven experience on tools (e.g. JIRA, AzureDevops etc.)
  • Mastering MS Office (Excel, Microsoft Project, Word, Powerpoint)
  • Strong analytical skills and business/client engagement skills
  • Good at project schedule management and sensitive to deadlines
  • Successful in project risk prediction and risk management

Job Description:

  • Develop and integrate AXA Türkiye's project management strategies with overarching organizational goals.
  • Track project performance metrics, providing actionable insights for leadership by data and metrics management.
  • Assist in the standardization and improvement of project management methodologies across the organization for agile methodology implementation.
  • Manage AXA internal committees on time and high-quality deliverables.
  • Lead the Projects for on time and high-quality deliverables throughout the analysis, planning and deployment cycle; remove constraints.
  • Manage and monitor project baseline to ensure the accomplishment of activities in terms of Scope, Budget and Timing.
  • Analyze and prioritize requirements through benefit/loss perspective and make necessary changes if there are any.
  • Work collaboratively with business partners, IT and 3rd parties.
  • Prepare management reports for the assessment of potential risks, opportunities besides time and quality management of the internal teams.
