We are looking for a highly organized and proactive CEO Office Manager to support our CEO and executive team. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of the CEO's office, managing schedules, coordinating executive-level projects, and facilitating internal and external communications. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, strategic, and capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced IT environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Executive Support: Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements efficiently.
  2. Communication & Coordination: Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring smooth information flow.
  3. Project Management: Support and track key strategic initiatives, ensuring timely execution and follow-ups.
  4. Meeting Management: Organize executive meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and ensure follow-up actions are completed.
  5. Administrative Oversight: Handle confidential documents, reports, and correspondence with discretion.
  6. Process Optimization: Improve workflows, prioritize tasks, and ensure operational efficiency within the CEO's office.
Requirements & Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  2. 5+ years of experience in executive support or office management, preferably in the IT industry.
  3. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a high level of attention to detail.
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Turkish.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and other collaboration tools.
  6. Ability to handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality and professionalism.
  7. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Preferred Qualifications:
  1. Experience in working with C-level executives in a tech-driven company.
  2. Knowledge of project management tools.
  3. Understanding of business operations and corporate governance principles.
