Four Seasons Hotels Ltd is seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant to provide support and clerical expertise to the Executive Office.

The ideal candidate will possess good understanding of all hotel departments and operations, professional service-oriented skills, adaptability to changes, excellent motivational skills, high level of professionalism and integrity while maintaining confidentiality.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to guest and employee inquiries in an efficient, courteous and professional manner
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to the Executive Office
  • Maintain accurate records and files
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries

Requirements:

  • Two to three years of administrative and office experience, preferably in the tourism industry
  • A university degree or equivalent experience
  • Advanced proficiency in English and Turkish; a second language is preferred
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office programs
