Join our Team
Executive Administrative Assistant provides support and clerical expertise to Executive Office and respond to guest and employee inquiries in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons' policies.
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for individuals who possess:
- Good understanding of all hotel departments and operations
- Professional, service oriented, eager to help co-workers, adaptable to changes
- Excellent motivational skills
- High level of professionalism and integrity while maintaining confidentiality
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office programs
- Advanced proficiency in English and Turkish; a second language is preferred.
- High attention to detail, strong organization skills, result orientation, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Dynamic adaptability and flexibility to the needs of hospitality industry work schedule
- Proficiency in use of office equipment
- A positive attitude and a can-do approach to any task
Applicants are required to have two to three years of administrative and office experience, preferably in the tourism industry. A university degree or equivalent experience is required.
