Job Description

At Eti, we are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Strategist to lead our procurement activities for direct materials. This is a critical role that requires strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate and develop a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies for categories under responsibility, ensuring alignment with company objectives
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a team of procurement professionals, ensuring effective and efficient operations
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and submit strategic recommendations and reports to senior management
  • Establish and improve procurement processes, driving standardization and efficiency
  • Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, ensuring timely, complete, and cost-effective procurement
  • Manage supplier performance, resolve any issues, and mitigate supply risks
  • Conduct market analysis, expanding and updating the supplier portfolio
  • Lead contract negotiations, evaluate supplier proposals, and ensure approvals
