About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Channel Development Lead to design and execute business development and marketing initiatives across the Turkish market. This role will be instrumental in transforming partner account plans and deepening customer engagement, leveraging our channel partners' capabilities across all routes to markets we operate in - Telecom, Digital, Retail.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop Frameworks for Base Data Collection: Define and set up frameworks to collect base data metrics across all consumer channel partners.
- Support Business Case Development: Assist in developing business cases, playbooks, and partner program sell-ins.
- Analyze Program Effectiveness: Measure and report on the effectiveness of new Base Marketing / Personalized Engagement program implementations.
- Provide Insights for Sales Opportunities: Analyze data to interpret trends and patterns, providing insights and actions for new sales opportunities, business development activities, and customer experience optimization.
- Support Personalized Engagement Playbook Updates: Develop and drive ongoing updates with standard methodologies of use cases implemented worldwide and in the region.
- Measure Program Effectiveness: Develop dashboards/scorecards and provide regular program performance reporting.
- Create A/B Testing Strategies: Create and roll out A/B testing strategies, roadmaps, and plans with data analysis and insights, working closely with cross-functional teams such as Sales and Sales Finance.
- Maintain Regulatory Knowledge: Have a basic understanding of the regulatory framework for base management-related activities.
- Optimize Partner Campaigns: Build insights and optimize partner campaigns to improve results, focusing on customer experience data and campaign results.
Minimum Qualifications
- 7+ years experience in Customer Base management, CLM, CRM, personalization roles, either leading the function in-company or being the practice expert at a leading consultancy.
- Proven ability to articulate an inspiring vision at CxO level.
- Experience working with large installed base customers, preferably in telecom, banking, or digital channels.
- Strong passion for data and predictive analytics to provide impactful insights and drive incremental revenue.
- Familiarity with systems and tools used across various industries, including telecom, banks, retail, and digital channels.
- Ability to communicate results of analysis effectively both internally and externally.
