Responsibilities

  1. Lead Segment Development: Oversee the technical and commercial development of assigned industry segments, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  2. Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategies to achieve volume and unit margin targets.
  3. Quotation Preparation: Prepare timely and accurate quotations based on customer requirements.
  4. Customer Engagement: Proactively offer value-added alternatives and solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and competitive advantage.
  5. Feedback Analysis: Analyze feedback from clients and prospects on submitted bids and tenders.
  6. Process Improvement: Continuously improve processes and offerings based on client feedback and market trends.
  7. Plant Visits: Conduct plant visits to identify technical challenges and inefficiencies.
  8. Technical Support: Provide technical support and solutions to optimize customer operations.
  9. Customer Relations: Manage existing customer relations and actively seek new prospects to expand sales volume.
  10. Relationship Building: Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  11. Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends and gather intelligence to inform product price positioning.
  12. Product Support: Collaborate closely with the technical department to assess the latest product trends and support product launch and phase-out decisions.
  13. Financial Management: Follow up on payments to ensure timely collection and financial health of the segment.
  14. Budgeting: Follow budget and financial performance, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  15. Compliance: Ensure compliance with information security policies and procedures.
  16. Reporting: Report all information security events promptly and accurately.
  17. Quality Assurance: Perform daily business activities in compliance with ISO Quality System standards (IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001).
  18. Culture Promotion: Promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement within the team.
  19. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with marketing, technical services, and sales support teams to build synergies and drive integrated sales efforts.
