At BreakingWide, we are seeking a skilled Human Resources Specialist to join our team in Türkiye. As an integral part of our organization, the HR Specialist will play a crucial role in managing recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and HR policy implementation within the project.

About the Role

The HR Specialist is responsible for overseeing the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and hiring. This individual will also be responsible for onboarding procedures for new hires, ensuring smooth integration into the team.

The HR Specialist will act as the point of contact for employee concerns and assist in resolving conflicts or workplace issues. They will foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture by promoting a productive and harmonious work environment.

This role involves overseeing employee benefits programs and ensuring all benefits are accurately administered and compliant with relevant laws and company policies. The HR Specialist will also ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures within the project.

To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work in a dynamic, multi-cultural environment.

Key Responsibilities:
