About the Position

The Sales Director will oversee all sales operations, implement commercial marketing strategies, and lead the sales team to drive sustainable growth.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and business partners

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • At least 10 years of experience in sales and commercial marketing within the FMCG, cosmetics, or retail sectors
  • Expertise in distribution channels, category management, and market analysis
  • Proven leadership in managing large sales teams
  • Strategic thinking with a results-oriented and analytical mindset
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Advanced English proficiency (preferably with experience working with international partners)
  • Willingness to travel and actively manage field operations
