  • To coordinate with Vodafone Sales companies to determine sales transactions and customers to be granted credit by the company.
  • To gather loan information such as loan amount, maturity, and collateral from Vodafone Sales companies and support them in creating loan applications through the system.
  • To inform customers about loan documentation requirements and ongoing loan processes.
  • To provide customer relationship management for customers to be credited.
  • To receive customer requests and forward them to the relevant departments.
  • To evaluate customer complaints and ensure that actions are taken to resolve them.
  • To regularly report customer complaints and actions taken regarding the complaints to the General Manager and the Board of Directors.
  • To manage the corporate image of Vodafone Finco.
  • To carry out advertisement, promotion, and public relations activities for Vodafone Finco.
