We are seeking an In-Store CRM Specialist to join our sales team and support client outreach initiatives. Key responsibilities include:

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support sales staff in cultivating clients through interactions and private appointments.
  2. Develop and implement store CRM outreach initiatives, including local outreach activities and client target list extraction.
  3. Track and monitor KPIs on a store and individual client advisor level.

Requirements:

  • Possession of excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work in a team as well as independently.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in CRM, marketing, clienteling, or retail, with a passion for human relations and sales.
  • Able to self-organize, be self-disciplined, and work systematically.
