Consumer Care Specialist - Personal Health (META)
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Lead to design and deliver exceptional post-purchase experiences for our Personal Health consumers across various touchpoints. This includes Philips-owned platforms, websites, call centers, and technical services in the Middle East, Turkey, Africa (META) Zone.
Your Role:
- Oversee the performance of social care vendors, service workshops, consumer ratings & reviews, social engagement, Web NPS, and Post-Purchase NPS performance & analytics.
- Collaborate with local service workshops to enhance all service touchpoint experiences for consumers.
- Create and implement META post-purchase engagement channel strategies, ensuring best-in-class consumer experiences across countries in the META Zone, including social media, websites, call centers, and technical services.
- Develop and execute post-purchase journey strategies in collaboration with relevant local and global stakeholders.
- Partner with key stakeholders, service workshops, call centers, and trade to complete critical tasks.
- Ensure accountability for social, website, ratings & review, and post-purchase engagement KPIs in META.
- Forecast social channels volume and manage workforce planning processes.
- Work closely with social and R&Rs engagement partners to achieve business targets while optimizing consumer experience.
- Be responsible for proper escalation processes from social, website, service workshops, post-purchase, and R&Rs channels to relevant organizations.
