The Job of Technical Support Engineer

You'll be working closely with our Operational Excellence Team to deliver high-quality support services to our partners. To succeed, you'll need strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with customers to understand their technical requirements.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with the Product Team to improve support processes.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Contribute to optimizing technical and service support processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in software development or related field.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and jQuery.
  • Experience in software product support, preferably in SaaS or software development teams.
  • Fluency in written and verbal English and Turkish.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
  • Natural problem solver with a positive attitude.
  • Good debugging and research skills.
