About the RoleWe seek a talented CRM Executive to join our dynamic team. As a tech enthusiast eager to drive customer retention and sales growth, you will develop, implement, and manage CRM strategies across both online and offline platforms.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention.
- Analyze customer data to segment and personalize communications, driving targeted marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure CRM strategies align with business goals.
- Oversee email, push, and SMS marketing campaigns, focusing on impact and timing.
- Monitor and report on CRM campaign success, adjusting strategies based on data-driven insights.
- 5-7 years of CRM management experience in e-commerce or fashion retail.
- Strong analytical skills with CRM software expertise and data analysis tools.
- Experience with SQL and BigQuery for advanced data analysis.
- Solid understanding of online and offline store CRM strategies and unified customer experiences.
- Experience in managing customer segmentation, loyalty programs, and targeted campaigns.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with collaboration across departments.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
