DHL IT Services connects people and keeps the economy running by delivering sustainable digital solutions. As a ServiceNow Consultant, you will play a crucial role in this effort. You will be responsible for handling consulting, architecture, and implementation of enhancements or major functionality on a complex large ServiceNow environment. This will involve involvement in mid- to large-scale projects, preparation of business proposals, business cases, and requirements analysis, as well as communication with key stakeholders and project teams.

Your Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in ServiceNow space, primarily ITSM and ServicePortal.
  • Ideal experience as a ServiceNow developer/consultant with a ServiceNow partner or customer.
  • A consulting mindset, comfortable working on multiple assignments with tight schedules and significant uncertainty.
  • Experience of at least one project management methodology and agile team leadership.
  • Knowledge of ITIL and fluent English.
