Main Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement effective onboarding strategies for new partners.
  2. Provide timely technical support and training via various channels, including email, phone, web conference, and in-person meetings.
  3. Build strong relationships with resellers and clients, addressing their product updates and technical requests.
  4. Analyze complex problems to resolve product-related issues, including testing, troubleshooting, and identifying bugs and enhancements.
  5. Collaborate with sales teams as a technical expert/consultant for precision agriculture.

Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in engineering, preferably in precision agriculture applications.
  2. 2-5 years of experience in customer service/technical support or technical training in agriculture machinery, positioning/navigation, LiDAR mapping, unmanned surveying, construction engineering, GIS, land surveying.
  3. Strong problem-solving skills and excellent analytical abilities.
  4. Fluency in Turkish and English - written and verbal - is essential.
  5. Presentation and public speaking skills, including training and technical demonstrations.
