About Our Opportunity

As a Sales and Marketing Consultant, you will serve as a professional connector, facilitating transactions between property sellers and buyers. Your primary focus will be on guiding buyers through the entire process of securing a suitable property, marketing their offer, and negotiating the best possible terms.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Accompany buyers during viewing tours.
• Advise clients on property suitability and value.
• Presentation of purchase offers to potential buyers.
• Identifying customers' needs and financial abilities to propose suitable solutions.
• Provide advice on market conditions, negotiation processes, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters.
• Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, etc.).
• Stay informed about the real estate market.
• Create lists for real estate sales properties including location, features, images, etc.
• Review purchase contracts to ensure terms are met.
• Maintain fair and honest dealing practices.

• Familiarity with basic computer skills (Internet, Windows, MS Office).
• Flexibility in working hours.
• Possess a valid driver's license.

What We Offer:

• Salary + Commission.
• Flexible working hours (08:30 - 18:00 Monday - Friday, 10:00 - 15:00 Saturday).
