Job Overview

We are looking for a talented and motivated individual to fill the role of IMEA Regional Product Manager - Transmission, Axles & E-Mobility. As a member of our Sales & Market team, you will be responsible for creating and implementing regional product range development plans to achieve defined KPI targets.

About the Role:

  • Develop and execute regional respective portfolio strategy.
  • Support regional front-line sales team to ensure flawless go-to-market strategy.
  • Define product specifications and position products in customer segments.
  • Position products in premium and budget segments.
  • Assist in the operational and strategic planning processes for the regional portfolio.

About You:

  • Min 3 years experience in similar product management, specification & development processes with knowledge of Automotive Aftermarket.
  • Strategic and analytic thinking and active execution of product strategy targets.
  • Fluent written & spoken English and Turkish.
  • Communication skills and relationship management, self-motivator and can work independently.
