Job Responsibilities
  • Introduce programs and services offered by foreign education institutions to students and parents via office, phone, or email.
  • Manage counselling processes for students wanting to study abroad, guiding them on determining best suited countries, cities, schools, and accommodation preferences.
  • Follow-up on client files after acceptance and registration.
  • Provide after-sales support through communication with students studying abroad.
  • Inform students and parents about educational processes.
  • Coordinate student processes with relevant departments.
  • Complete visa and residence processes for students.
  • Attend sales meetings.
  • Formulate suggestions to increase sales.
  • Prioritize attending relevant fairs, seminars, workshops, and meetings in Turkey and abroad.
Requirements
  • Preferably with experience outside Turkey.
  • Preferably having completed training outside Turkey.
  • Hold an undergraduate diploma from a suitable university.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
  • Excellent command of English language.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office programs.
  • No travel restrictions.
  • Able to maintain strong human relations and provide excellent customer service.
  • Eager to develop new skills and knowledge.
