About the opportunity:

We are seeking a driven and experienced insurance professional to join our highly successful Nutrien Ag Solutions insurance division.

This role involves managing an established portfolio and generating new business to achieve growth targets.

You will be responsible for protecting, maintaining, and growing relationships with clients while providing exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Manage a portfolio of Rural, Agri, SME and Commercial clients
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive growth
  • Negotiate with underwriting partners to achieve the best outcome for clients
  • Maintain an active sales pipeline
  • Ensure compliance obligations and stakeholder relationships are managed effectively

About you:

To succeed in this role, you will be a high performer who can demonstrate portfolio growth.

You will also enjoy working as part of a team, have a love for variety in your workday, and be able to build a sales pipeline to support new business growth.

Sound general insurance technical ability and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.
