
Inside Sales Consultant

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Business Development Specialist.
The successful candidate will be responsible for selling BSI products and services to new and existing customers across a defined product suite.
- This will involve identifying and managing sales opportunities, building an in-depth understanding of clients' current and future business needs and drivers, and positioning the BSI value proposition.
- To achieve this, you will need to develop and implement effective sales strategies, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and maintain accurate sales activity data in CRM.
- Grow our customer base by developing and executing targeted sales plans.
- Foster strong relationships with clients to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to optimize sales strategies.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to inform sales decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to change.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
