Environmental Strategist

This is a challenging and rewarding mid-senior level position that requires at least 4 years of experience in the field of sustainability, preferably in the banking or consultancy sector. As a Sustainability Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sustainability strategies that drive business growth while minimizing environmental and social impacts.

• Develop and implement sustainability strategies that align with the bank's business goals.
• Oversee the compilation of Bank's TSRS and GRI compliant sustainability report in alignment with internal and external stakeholders.
• Measure and report on the impact of sustainability strategies, ensuring the bank accurately assesses its environmental and social effects.
• Identify and manage sustainability risks, ensuring that the bank's strategies align with these risk factors.
• Improve internal sustainability processes and ensure internal audit mechanisms are in place to track sustainability performance.
• Develop strategies for sustainable investments within the bank's portfolio.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in sustainability.
• Knowledge of local and international reporting standards and management systems.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and demonstrate leadership capabilities.
