The Banquet Sales Executive at Mövenpick Hotel Izmir will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and developing strong relationships with existing clients to drive sales and revenue. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the hospitality industry and be able to communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by generating new business opportunities and upselling existing clients.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, wedding planners, and event organizers to increase repeat business and referrals.
  3. Collaborate with the operations and kitchen teams to ensure all client requirements are met.
  4. Participate in industry events and trade shows to promote our banquet services.
  5. Prepare and present customized proposals to clients outlining the benefits of our banquet services.
  6. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
  7. Maintain accurate records of sales, bookings, and client communications.
  8. Prepare reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor analysis.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
  2. Relevant experience in banquet/event sales, preferably in a hotel environment.
  3. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  4. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  5. Knowledge of event planning, F&B operations, and banquet setup.
  6. Proficiency in Opera and MS Office.
  7. English fluency is required.
