Job Responsibilities

The Sales Manager will be responsible for:

  • Managing commercial activities and aligning them with company targets
  • Conducting market and competitor analyses and providing feedback for product development and improvement
  • Leading efforts to reorganize sales processes and implement new strategies
  • Identifying opportunities for improving customer satisfaction and creating action plans

The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years of experience in marketing, sales, and after-sales service tracking processes, with at least 5 years in a managerial position.

They will possess strong leadership and communication skills, be proactive, results-oriented, and self-motivated with a focus on continuous improvement.
