About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Global Sales Lead to join our team at Kentkart. As a key member of our commercial strategy team, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and identifying new business opportunities.

Your primary responsibilities will include managing commercial activities, conducting market and competitor analyses, and providing feedback for product development and improvement processes. You will also be responsible for leading efforts to reorganize sales processes, identifying opportunities for improving customer satisfaction, and creating action plans with relevant departments.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have at least 15 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a strong background in leadership and communication skills. You will also require experience in international tenders and be fluent in English to support an international work environment.
