Job DescriptionThe Sales Manager will lead commercial activities in alignment with company targets, conducting market and competitor analyses and providing feedback for product development and improvement processes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing sales processes and identifying opportunities for improving customer satisfaction
- Planning and executing customer visits and after-sales activities
- Leading efforts to reorganize sales processes and implement new strategies
- Conducting studies to identify customer needs and target customers
The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years of experience in marketing, sales, and after-sales service tracking processes, with at least 5 years in a managerial position.
They will possess strong leadership and communication skills, be proactive, results-oriented, and self-motivated with a focus on continuous improvement.
