Schneider Electric is driven by a meaningful purpose, creating an inclusive environment where you can thrive. As our Virtual Services Sales Representative, you will help us maximize services revenue by establishing and nurturing relationships with key accounts.
The role involves managing assigned accounts, customer qualification, research, and platforming. You will be the Single Point of Contact for these accounts, developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, and answering their questions about Schneider Electric services.
You will analyze and qualify opportunities, build and manage the Services Opportunity Pipeline, and report on sales and margin of accounts. Additionally, you will take inbound calls and emails to support existing customers and foster new points of contact.
Key interactions include customers, FS Operational Marketing, CCC, Outside Services Sales, Order Management, and FS Operations.
To succeed, you will need close collaboration with Outside Services Sales for complex on-demand sales, reactivity on SR and CCC opportunity generation, and regular collaboration with FS Operational Marketing Leader for thorough understanding of Demand Generation plans.
