Job Description: Virtual Services Sales Representative

Schneider Electric is seeking an experienced Virtual Services Sales Representative to join its team. As a key member of our organization, you will contribute significantly to our mission of maximizing services revenue by establishing and nurturing relationships with key accounts.

Your main responsibilities will involve managing assigned accounts, customer qualification, research, and platforming. You will also be responsible for being the Single Point of Contact for these accounts, developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, and answering their questions about Schneider Electric services.

You will analyze and qualify opportunities, build and manage the Services Opportunity Pipeline, and report on sales and margin of accounts. Furthermore, you will handle inbound calls and emails to support existing customers and identify potential new accounts.

Your interactions will include working with customers, FS Operational Marketing, CCC, Outside Services Sales, Order Management, and FS Operations.

To achieve success in this role, you must collaborate closely with Outside Services Sales for complex on-demand sales, demonstrate reactivity in SR and CCC opportunity generation, and maintain regular communication with FS Operational Marketing Leader for updates on Demand Generation plans.
