IQVIA LLC is seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its team.

This role will be based in a fully remote setting, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance. However, working from our offices is also an option if preferred.

Job Description

The successful candidate will support the continuous improvement of the staffing function through development and implementation of all staffing programs in assigned business units or departments, primarily in one geography. With guidance, conduct recruiting activity for management teams as assigned.

  1. Work with management in assigned service areas, business units or departments to source, select, and hire qualified candidates to fill vacant positions using cost-effective techniques and in accordance with company policies, procedures, and processes.
  2. Write job postings to post and advertise positions.
  3. Review applications and conduct interviews to obtain information regarding applicant's work history, education, training, job skills, and salary requirements.
Essential Functions

The ideal candidate will possess sound knowledge of legislation in the recruiting process and strong computer skills including Microsoft Office applications and HRIS applications. Strong verbal and written communication skills are also required.

A Bachelor's Degree is preferred, and 1 year of experience within a staffing function as a recruiter or combination of recruiter and specialist experience Or Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience is necessary.
