About the Job

We are looking for a highly skilled Desktop Support Engineer to join our team at Hirewand. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to our large user community in our Singapore Campus along with the deployment of new technology to the business.

Responsibilities:
  1. Perform installation, training, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of desktop technology hardware and software.
  2. Assist in the setup and operation of audio-visual hardware as required by end-user.
  3. Determine suitable hardware and software based on corporate policy and end-user requirements.
  4. Respond to incidents within SLA or within a timely manner with the appropriate level of urgency, and follow up with customers on all issues.
  5. Disconnect, move and reconnect desktop technology hardware for single user, multi-user and office moves.
  6. Roll-out, deploy and upgrade Desktop Devices using imaging tools such as SCCM.
  7. Assist in administration and maintenance of technology infrastructure components.
  8. May assist in installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of office telephony system.
  9. Use corporate incident management system to record and track all support work.
  10. Maintain accurate hardware and software records for corporate assets.
